Far End of the Bench by The Not So Morning Show
S2E – Stump in Ty Cobb Legacy
Release Date:
A look at the fallacy of writer Al Stump in the Ty Cobb Legacy. Many still believe in what they read from Stump’s magazine pieces and his book, or what they saw in the movie based on Stump’s writings. Leaving them oblivious to the man Cobb was and the crimes Stump committed against him. Including the theft of personal items, forging of autographs, and counterfeit diaries that he was determined as trying to sell as authentic for years after the baseball great’s passing.
After several investigations by the FBI disclosed much of these wrongdoings by the author, the public was left in the dark.
Several research articles and books exposed the true facts in many of the falsehoods claimed by the writer of this fiction.
