This particular SUV was rented to transport a group of friends and myself to a wiffleball tournament in August of 2008. An auto rental can so easily become SOL files.
Surprisingly, a bunch of grown men going on a 4-day road trip from southern California to Nevada to play in a wiffleball tournament is not the highlight of this piece. It is about the rules of renting a vehicle, and what went wrong with this one.
Oh, if this 2009 Yukon could talk, but it can’t, so we will.
